Hebraic Community
Each Hebraic Communities will consist of the following: Off the Grid Living, Residential Community, Campgrounds w/ Cabins, Farmland, Multi-Purpose Worship Facility, RV Hookups, Community Heritage Hall, Food Processing Facility, Body of Water, Recreation/Community Center, ASATS School / Hebrew Academy International, Storage Facility, Barn House, Solar Field, Business & Heritage Center, Healing & Health Center
GAI EAST REGION COMMUNITY (ECHAD COMMUNITY)
The Great Awakening International’s goal is to build Macro Communities that include Regional Centers, Sanctuaries, and Hebraic Off-Grid Residential Communities throughout the world for community-dwelling. Each Macro Community is designed to facilitate points of connection, galvanizing our resources, distance ourselves from grid dependency, live together in true community, and support each other as a means to survive in the end times.
Each Regional Center is to provide regional services and support to Assemblies, Worship Hubs, Collegiate Ministries, and Mishpacha living within a specific regional state. Regional Centers will provide administrative services, spiritual care, feast day events, activities, and resources to GAI followers in that regional area.
Each Sanctuary is dedicated exclusively to torah observant believers who are seeking refuge from end time and eschatological catastrophic events serving survivors, providing welcome and safety in the wilderness-like atmosphere. Sanctuaries provide temporary accommodation for Mishpacha and their families, truth seekers, and vulnerable people at risk of not buying and/or selling due to a refusal to take the mark of the Beast.
Each Hebraic Communities will consist of the following: Off Grid Living, Residential Community, Campgrounds w/ Cabins, Farmland, Multi-Purpose Worship Facility, RV Hookups, Community Heritage Hall, Food Processing Facility, Body of Water, Recreation/Community Center, ASATS School / Hebrew Academy International, Storage Facility, Barn House, Solar Field, Business & Heritage Center, Healing & Health Center.
We have located a piece of property on the market, strategically located in our East Regions, that appears to match the type of property we are looking for. This land has the following features:
- 28 freestanding buildings with 50,000 sq. ft. of space on 428+/- acres:
- 15 dorms for up to 300 People
- Dining – 5,600 sq. ft.
- Instructional Classrooms – 8,800 sq. ft.

Stripe is a payment service provider that lets GAI accept credit and debit cards or other popular payment methods from Mishpacha around the world—all with a single integration. Stripe allows Great Awakening International to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay, and debit cards. We can also accept payments from mobile wallets. Stripe supports payments in a variety of currencies.
Paypal
Paypal is an online financial service that allows you to send and receive money using a secure internet account. You can add your bank account, credit card, or debit card details, and it will automatically withdraw whatever amount that you select on a monthly basis. You can authorize PayPal to pay Great Awakening International each month. You can change or cancel a recurring donation anytime in your PayPal account settings.
Cashapp
Cash App is the easiest way to send, spend, save, and invest your money. It’s a safe, fast, and free mobile banking app. Cash App is a financial services company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by Cash’s bank partner(s). You can download the Cash App application and make a donation of your choice on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, you will not be able to set up the Cash app as a recurring monthly donation. You will have to manually send your payment through Cash App on a monthly basis.
For transparency purposes, the current property is still available at the time this letter is constructed but there is a possibility that another buyer can come in tomorrow and be under contract to purchase. This is the type of property that suits our vision. Whether the land is still available once our goal is reached, the acreage of land, buildings, water sources, roadways, etc. matches GAI’s vision.
Your current and future giving will firstly go towards the purchase of this land or a similar type of land if this particular land is no longer available by the time that the financial goal is reached. This will give the Executive Council and Guardians the latitude to choose from a few potential comparable places, some that may not even be listed today.
