We want you to be a part in this one-of-a-kind opportunity to impact underserved and underprivileged residents. You can take part by sponsoring Outreach Louisville at Shawnee Park on Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 10:00AM-2:00PM.

This day of awakening and hope will serve between 500 to 1,500 guests with free groceries, haircuts, popcorn, pony rides, giveaways, and other entertainment.

Outreach Louisville is an Initiative of Great Awakening International headquartered in Detroit, MI and Yah’s Healing Ministry located in the heart of Louisville, Kentucky. The initiative is to provide a city-wide day of compassion outreach. It aims to bring urban-based active families together, give them the opportunity to interact, learn from each other, engage, and create new projects/movements/ideas to solve major social and food insecurity problems through their agricultural exposure.

Outreach Louisville objective is to provide a city-wide day of compassion outreach. The mission of Outreach Louisville is to provide an atmosphere that will foster hope, impact our community, and present-day evangelism strategies through an activity-packed and fun-filled day of events and ministry.

Each participant will be regarded and distinguished as Guest of Honor. We are kindly asking you to partner with us in this endeavor. You can assist us in one or more of the following:

PARTICIPATION – Second to prayer, your participation will mean a great deal to us. We need volunteers for this event in the areas of: Arrangement workers, Greeters, Event Workers, Crowd Control, Food Distributors, etc. This would be an excellent opportunity to get involved in the community.

ENTERTAINMENT – If you or anyone in your group has any special talent i.e., singing, dancing, poetry, musicians, acting etc. we would love to add them to the festivities.

BUDGET – The budget for this event over $20,000.00. It is impossible for us to meet this budget alone. If your budget allows, we are asking for you to help meet the cost of this worthwhile event.

SPONSOR AN EVENT - To cut the budget down, each person/group can sponsor and event. This would be great for advertising your group (if you desire). The events that may be sponsored includes: face painting, groceries, costumes, food & drink (enough to serve 1000 people), stage, audio equipment, tents, inflatable events, pony rides, chess & checkers tournament, face painting, arts and scraps, or community giveaways.

We currently offer four types of sponsorship opportunities enclosed in this package. Included in a potential sponsorship is advertisement of your name, address, telephone number, website, and email on our website.

Enclosed is the Sponsorship Agreement which must be completed and returned along with your donation. Please make your tax-deductible contribution payable to: Great Awakening International and mail to the address above. Both Yah’s Healing Ministry and Great Awakening International are non-profit ecclesiastical organizations. The cost of your sponsorship may be tax deductible.
