FEAST OF THE TABERNACLES (SUKKOT) 2026 springville, alabama

Great Awakening International, in partnership with the family of Great Awakening Assemblies, will celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles from October 6th to October 14th. Attendees may choose to participate in the full 8-day experience, a 4-day portion, or join for a single-day commuter option.

We honor the Feast by refraining from all servile work on the 1st and 8th days, which are set apart as Holy Convocations, days of worship, fellowship, and celebration. This year, our family of assemblies will gather for the full 8-day celebration in Springville, AL.

In Hebrew, the word for a temporary shelter is sukkah (plural: sukkot, pronounced “sue-COTE”). During this sacred time, we dwell in these sukkots with our families, reflecting on the fleeting nature of life and the enduring hope of reaching the Promised Land.

Join us for a time of worship, community, and spiritual renewal under the open skies.

Shemini Atzeret Formal Fellowship

Presented by The Great Awakening International | Sukkot 2026

The Great Awakening International warmly invites you to join us for the Shemini Atzeret Formal Fellowship, a sacred and celebratory gathering taking place during Sukkot 2026. This memorable event will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Camp Utopia in Springville, AL.

This meaningful occasion commemorates the biblically ordained Eighth Day Assembly, Shemini Atzeret, a time set apart for reflection, thanksgiving, and unity among the people of YAHUAH.

Observed directly after the seven days of Sukkot, Shemini Atzeret stands as a solemn yet joyful conclusion to the Feast of Tabernacles. It is a time to gather, give thanks for the harvest, and honor the Creator’s continued provision.

Attendees are encouraged to wear formal Anakara Hebrew attire in reverence of this significant holy day.

The evening will include a formal dinner, praise and worship led by the GAI Worship Team, and an inspiring performance by the Sound of Yashar’el Choir. After the main celebration, the Mishpacha (family) is invited to enjoy fellowship and connection around the campfire.

We look forward to celebrating this powerful time of assembly and rejoicing with you!
